This Cucumber Greek Salad is so good and so refreshing! I’m making this as a side to bruschetta and burrata for an easy dinner.
Lemon chicken is a favorite in this house and this skinny version is my go-to with a side of rice and a big pile of veggies.
I’m cooking up a big crockpot of corned beef, cabbage, and potatoes for St. Paddy’s day on Friday. It’s such a fun tradition and is a great kick-off to spring.
